Society has taught us to do stuff always. But unlike robots, we can’t just be plugged in an outlet and be consistently productive at all times. What’s the point anyways?
In fact, biologically, we are meant to work in spirits and “rest and digest.”
Yet the pressure is real. As if relaxing was a synonym for giving up on our dreams, slacking off like coach potatoes or living in our shadow sides.
Well, here's the thing: we strongly believe in the actual need for pausing. We embrace "the art of doing nothing."
And even though we live our dream lives that we don't want to escape from; a little pause on the beach with good party and relaxation won't harm us.
